Returns \ Cancellation

Cancellation :

  • We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already processed or shipped, or those which are been custom made or manufactured as per the order.
  • To cancel any other order that has not yet processed or shipped, you can cancel the order from your accoung, just Login  or contact our Customer Support Team.
  • For any kind of modification required in the order please contact our customer support team.
  • Modification will only be possible if the order has not been processed yet.

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our Website, we offer hassle-free return and replacement process. You just have to contact us at within 2 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product.


  • For any return you have to contact your support team within 7 days of receipt of the product. Our responsibility ceases after that.

Return Procedure

  • Note (In case of damaged goods) : Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).Attach your photos to an email and send them to Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.
  • Your request will be processed within 48 hours
  • To return your item(s) please pack then in its original packaging and include the completed Return Form. Item(s) returned without a Return Form will not be accepted, and no refund or replacement shall be given on such items. After shipping the item(s) to us, please send us an email with the tracking ID of your shipment. We strongly encourage use of trackable method for all returns.
  • After we have received the returned item(s) we will send you an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.
  • All refunds will be in the form of Vouchers which can be redeemed for future use on The voucher codes will be emailed to you within 5-10 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Made-to-order/custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
